Product Description
Tank structure: It is made of high quality carbon steel or stainless steel, with good corrosion resistance and durability. The thickness of the tank is 5mm, and advanced automatic welding process is adopted to improve the overall strength and sealing of the tank. There are several anti-wave partitions inside, which can effectively reduce the impact of liquid shaking in the tank and enhance the stability of travelling.
Frame and chassis: The frame is made of high-strength steel, with sturdy structure, capable of carrying heavy loads. The chassis is reasonably configured, and the suspension system adopts multi-piece steel plate spring or air suspension, which has good shock absorbing performance and can effectively reduce the bumps and vibrations in the process of travelling and protect the tank and goods.
Axles and tyres: Equipped with four axles, two steering axles and two drive axles, the axles have a strong load-bearing capacity to ensure the stability of the vehicle when fully loaded. The tyres are high-performance radial tyres of well-known brands, with good wear resistance and grip, providing reliable driving performance.
Safety performance: The top of the tank is equipped with explosion-proof manhole cover, which is convenient for personnel to enter and exit and ventilation, and at the same time ensures the safety inside the tank. The bottom outlet is equipped with an emergency shut-off valve, which can quickly cut off the oil circuit in case of emergency and prevent liquid leakage. The front and rear of the vehicle and both sides of the tank are equipped with protective devices, such as guardrails, crash beams, etc., to effectively protect the tank from external impact.

Manhole: Usually the explosion-proof manhole cover with a diameter of 500-600mm is used to facilitate the personnel to enter the tank for cleaning, overhauling, etc., and at the same time to ensure that the oil and gas inside the tank will not be leaked out, so as to avoid causing safety accidents.
Valves and Pipes : The valves are made of high quality brand products with good sealing and corrosion resistance, flexible and reliable operation.
