HOWO TX is a new generation of high-efficiency long-haul logistics heavy-duty trucks developed by Sinotruk by integrating German MAN technology, targeting the global mid-to-high-end transportation market. The vehicle adopts a modular platform design, with low fuel consumption, high reliability, and strong power output as its core competitive advantages. It is specifically optimised for long-distance express delivery, cold chain logistics, and bulk goods distribution scenarios. It fully complies with Euro VI emission standards and can flexibly adapt to complex operational environments across multiple regions, including Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, providing fleet operators with a comprehensive lifecycle value solution.

The HOWO TX is equipped with MAN Technology's MC series high-efficiency engines, with displacements ranging from 7 to 13 litres, delivering a maximum output power of 460 horsepower and peak torque of 2,200 N·m. When paired with the HW series 12-speed AMT transmission and lightweight drive axle, it achieves a transmission efficiency of 99.7%. The vehicle integrates intelligent electronic control silicone oil fans, low rolling resistance tyres, and an AI predictive cruise control system, significantly reducing overall fuel consumption by 8%-12%. Safety features include standard hydraulic retarders, EBS electronic braking + ESC vehicle stability control, combined with LDWS lane departure warning and 360° surround view imaging, effectively reducing braking distance by 15%. The cab adopts a high-roof, double-bed, flat-floor layout, equipped with air-cushioned suspension seats, a 10-inch intelligent central control screen, and an independent air conditioning system for the sleeping area. Noise control is optimised to below 62 decibels, creating a comfortable space for long-distance driving.

Its 6×4 tractor is compatible with a 120m³ large-capacity cargo box, precisely balancing efficiency and economy. The cold chain transportation version is equipped with a dual compressor bracket, supporting a -30°C deep-freeze unit to meet temperature control requirements for high-value goods such as pharmaceuticals and fresh produce.
