Product Description
This mixer truck has excellent chassis and upper configuration:
• Cab: Adopts F3000 medium-long flat-top luxury cab, ergonomic design, some models have eight-way electric adjustment of the front seats, four-way electric lumbar support, comfortable driving.
• Engine: Common Weichai power, such as 336 horsepower, 375 horsepower and other National V emission standard engines, powerful power, can meet the needs of different working conditions.
• Transmission: Mostly equipped with Fast 9-speed or 12-speed transmission, smooth shifting, high reliability, can adapt to various complex road conditions.
• Axle and tire: 7.5-ton front axle with disc brake, 16-ton STR bipolar rear axle, 12.00R20 steel tire, strong load-bearing capacity, stable driving.
• Tank material: 8mm alloy steel wear-resistant material for the front head, 6mm alloy steel wear-resistant material for the cylinder, 6mm manganese steel for the internal spiral blades, strong and durable, good wear resistance.
• Hydraulic system: mostly imported components, such as Italian PMP reducer, German Rexroth or American Sauer oil pump and motor, etc., with stable performance, high mixing efficiency and fast discharge speed.
• Water tank and accessories: There is a 500-liter water tank on the upper part of the tank body, and an electronic hand throttle, automatic pressurized water tank and water gun at the rear, which is convenient for cleaning the tank body and controlling the discharge speed.
