1. Mature Welding Technology: Derun Vehicle use automatic submerged arc welding method to weld the main beam. The longitudinal beam is completed by automatic tracking submerged arc welding machine. All parts are shot peened to improve paint adhesion and painted before assembly to make the main beam stronger and more durable.
