Cab and interior: Shacman F3000 6x4 oil fuel tank truck adopts four-point hydraulic suspension system, which effectively reduces vibration and noise and provides a good driving experience. Tank and process: The tank is made of high quality 4 - 6mm thick carbon steel, the national standard plate can be made of carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium alloy, pure aluminium tank, rubber lined, rotomoulding, plastic tank, glass fiber reinforced plastic tank can be used according to the needs. The head is discharged by plasma CNC cutting machine, and then rotated and pressed by imitation rotary edge machine to increase the strength. The tank is automatically welded by gas-shielded welding in the welding station to ensure the quality of the weld seams of the tank. The length of the tank is welded with integral longitudinal beams in a single pass to ensure the strength of the tank. The tank body is to be treated with overall shot blasting process to eliminate weld stress and overall rust removal.
Safety Configuration: The engine exhaust pipe of the tanker is front-loaded structure, which is in line with the hard regulations on the national standard, and it should be equipped with a fireproof cap in the process of using, in case of accidents. Equipped with aluminium alloy European standard tank mouth, with built-in breathing and emergency exhaust function, can be installed on the tank mouth of the oil and gas recovery valve, oil measuring holes, anti-overflow probe rods and so on. The anti-overflow sensing system will automatically alarm and stop filling when the liquid level reaches the detection position when filling oil to ensure safety.
